Return and Refund Policy

At Affordable Findings, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy is designed to be simple and transparent. Please read the following guidelines for returning products purchased through our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We offer a 7-day check warranty from the date of delivery. You can inspect the product when it arrives, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, before making the payment.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.
  • Any return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
  • Items without the original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Return Process

  • For COD Orders: You have the option to check the product before payment. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may refuse the order at the time of delivery, and no payment will be charged.
  • For Prepaid Orders (Jazz Cash, Easypaisa): If you wish to return the product after payment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@affordablefindings.com or call 03092499484 to initiate the return process.
  • You will be required to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to ship the product back.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned product back to us unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • For COD Orders: If you returned the product without paying, no further action is required.
  • For Prepaid Orders (Jazz Cash, Easypaisa): If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with a product and wish to exchange it, you must return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund if the damage or defect is verified.

8. Dropshipping Notice (Markaz Platform)

As we dropship products from Markaz, our return policy aligns with their terms. Please note:

  • Products may take slightly longer to return due to coordination with Markaz’s return processing.
  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to the terms set by our supplier (Markaz), but we will assist you throughout the process.
